Seeking Tenants who are clean, tidy, considerate and take care of property.
Owner: Single Middle-aged Chinese Man staying in the Master bedroom.
Preferred: Malaysian Chinese- convenient to travel to and fro Malaysia.
Both rooms were occupied by Malaysian Chinese for the past 5 years. Some recent renovation done.
Pricing (Includes Utilities & air-conditioning):
Single - SGD 800
Couple - SGD 950
Shared Singles: 2 Singles (SGD 950); 3 Singles (SGD 1305) – Only available for common room ONE. For 3 Singles, the big study desk needs to be removed to give space for 3rd single bed.
Provided in the room:
King-size bed (Pull-out bed in 1st common room), Queen-size bed (2nd common room) & mattresses, KDK ceiling fans, window curtains, wardrobe, study table(s), office chairs, clothes hanger, laundry basket, dustbin.
Sharing of Fridge & Washing Machine; WiFi (& LAN socket for ethernet cabling); access to Netflix movies.
No cooking. No smoking/pets/visitors.
7-minute walk to Woodlands South MRT station (TE line); 10-15 minutes by feeder bus to Admiralty MRT station. 5-10 minutes walk to eateries, supermarkets and shopping malls.
