I am looking for a pleasant and friendly Malaysian Chinese Working Lady (no night shift) to share a common room (to share with an existing Malaysian Chinese OL). My place is at Jurong West St 81. 13 mins walk or 3 bus stops to Pioneer MRT station. Near shops, Prime and Giant supermarkets and eateries and other amenities. This is an executive flat with big balcony to hang laundry. You will have your own single bed n mattress, a 3-door wardrobe and a writing table. Only cooking of instant noodles (no gas cooking) and heating up food using microwave oven allowed. Water heater and washing machine available.
$480 (negotiable) per person (this is a big common room) inclusive of PUB (No air-cond). Non-smoking, ladies environment. No agent fee.
Clean and cosy. Nicely renovated toilet/bathroom. Room does not face common corrider. Landlady cleans room nearly every day.

Must not mind having a pet (Maltese-poodle mixed) dog in the house who is quiet and well-behaved.
