Hi
I am Malaysian also holding Singapore PR status lookIng for decent, bright, clean, quiet, and a safe home for my long term stay in Singapore
Preferable:
-Central - West area
-Live with lady housemate (perhaps 2 bed 2 bath , each of us will have own bathroom)
-Light cooking allow
-No owner stay
-Decent room size, above 150sqft (Queen size bedroom)
-I am non smoker, No pets, I like home deco and hiking.
-The room is empty is not a problem for me, I can do own room decoration.
