The house is quiet, very near to bus stop with lots of buses (196, 147, 121, 961, 167, 197,175, 120) go to CBD, Orchard, NUS, SMU, Chinatown. Market and shops are nearby as well hence it's very convenient.
Rental is $1200-$1400 (depends on needs) for 1-2 girls, inclusive of utility and internet fees, no agent fee. Fully furnitured with new aircon and ceiling fan, a super-single double decker bed (attached with bookshelf and bottom drawers), good quality branded matress, a 1.6 meters study desk with book shelves, 2 chairs and 2 wardrobes.
Need to share bathroom with another girl. Requirement: have the habit to keep the room and common area clean, easygoing personality.
