This is a large 4-room flat. Fully furnished living room & kitchen for shared use. No cooking restrictions. Unit is share with one(1) single housemate (Professional) staying in one of the other bedroom room. The final bedroom can be shared as a study or workout room.

- Three(3) bus-stops all within 5min walking distance.
- Bukit Panjang MRT (Downtown(blue) line) is 8min away by bus.
