Rent includes electricity, water, air con, broadband/wifi, daily cleaning, laundry. Basically like hotel service at a fraction of the price.

Both common rooms and master rooms available.

Non-smokers and non-drinkers ONLY.

We are private landed house and NOT HDB flat. Very clean and quiet. Taiwanese family.

NO SOUTH ASIANS PLEASE. NO COOKING IS ALLOWED.

STUDENTS/PR/SINGAPOREANS PREFERRED. MINUMUM 6 MONTHS STAY.

TENANTS DO NOT NEED TO DO HOUSEWORK OR LAUNDRY.

Walking distance to Clementi MRT station. No meals provided but there is a hawker center nearby with 80 stalls.

Message if u are only interested in viewing the rooms. Please let me know your nationality, when you want to move in and length of stay. We have very limited number of rooms/bedspaces.
