The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, each is equipped with essential furniture and electrical appliances such as bed, writing desk and chair, cupboard, fan, air-con, SMART TV etc.
Fridge, washing machine, oven, dining table and sofa (in sitting room) are available too. Can cook. Wifi is provided too.
There are 3 toilets in the unit and you will have your own personal toilet and need not share with others.
The apartment is conveniently located along Upper Serangoon Road, a good 5-min walk from Kovan MRT station (next to Heartland Mall and the famous Kovan Food Center and Market) and there is a bus-stop right in front of the apartment with several bus services to the city, and a nearby bus stop with bus services 24/53 that goes directly to Changi Airport.
Nex Shopping Center and Woodleigh Mall are 1 and 2 MRT stations away respectively.
Many well-known eateries, cafes, pastry and pet shops, convenience stores (7-11 and Cheers), the Lim Ah Pin Road Post Office are all within 1-2 mins of walk.
And behind the apartment is a private residential estate, quiet and tranquil where you can walk or jog leisurely in the morning/evening.
For female tenant only, ideally to be able to converse in English/Mandarin. Rental is $950 (1 person a room ideally, though room sharing maybe considered).
