5mins walk to park connector where you can walk/run/cycle to East Coast Park beach.

5mins walk to the main road with plenty of eateries and shops.

Fully furnished with a queen bed (premium king-coil spinal mattress), study table and with a built-in wardrobe. Can adjust as you like to make it your own. Master bathroom is very spacious with a rain shower.
