Near Shunfu Mart and Thomson Plaza. Many choices of restaurants, hawker, cafes, gyms. There is a big Sheng Siong supermarket in the building. Looking for quiet working professionals to take up this room.

The Transportation
The building is only minutes of walk to Marymount MRT Station, with a bus stop (Thomson CC) right outside it which carries over 10 bus routes (132, 163, 165, 166, 167, 52, 985 etc).
You can get to popular places like Orchard road and Plaza Singapura within 15minutes, and 30minutes to CBD. It also only takes 20min to reach Holland Village.
The Shopping
There is a grocery store right at the bottom of the building, with direct access via lift. You can literally buy pretty much all the food and drinks you need without even leaving the building. Shufu mart is 5minute walk if you want a wider choice of produces.
If you want more mall shops, Thomson Plaza is only 1 bus stop away if you need more.
The Eateries
Well-known for its abundance of eateries, this neighborhood has attracted many foodies across the town, even overseas visitors. From local treats such as Roti Prata, Nam Kee chicken rice, bak kut teh, to Thai, Korean, Japanese, to western food choices such as Fat Boy burger, French bistro, Italian delicacy etc. If you want a cool pint after a long day of work, you’d just need to pop in right before you go upstairs.
