Common condo room with balcony

Room description

We’re looking for a new flatmate. We have an extra room for rent in our three-bedroom condo apartment. No agent fee! No owner! We’d prefer someone who wants to stay long-term (one year). No couples, though.

The room is available from Jan 15th onwards although can be discussed with the actual tenant $1700.

- Our condo has a free shuttle bus that takes you to Clementi MRT in six minutes. It runs from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every 30/15 minutes.

- There’s a bus stop a five-minute walk away that can take you to the city or West Coast Plaza (lots of supermarkets and shops there).

- The room is private and fully furnished with a single bed, balcony, table + chair, huge wardrobe, ceiling fan, and aircon.

- The living room is spacious and comfy, with a balcony, lots of plants, and a 75-inch TV.

- You’re welcome to cook.

- You can bring friends over.

- We have three awesome swimming pools, three Jacuzzis, two tennis courts, four BBQ pits, a gym, sauna, and billiards.

Utilities are not included, they’re around 45 SGD/month/person.
