Room description
The condo comes with many swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, ping pong tables, tennis courts and basketball courts. The condo itself is spacious and fully furnished (including a turbo trainer for any cycling enthusiasts). It is very conveniently located with multiple bus stops just outside the property. Very close to science park and within walking distance of Kent ridge mrt. And there are multiple lovely coffee shops nearby. Length of stay and rent is flexible.
The condo is shared with only one other person. I am a triathlon and board games enthusiast and am keen to find someone with similar interests to be my roommate. I work as a scientist at A*STAR and keep regular working hours. I am a 28 year old male and I like to think I am a pretty chill housemate
