Highest floor, HDB building located near Downtown East e-Hub
Attached bathroom/toilet, room with Aircon, Internet wifi, shower heater.
Aircon Servicing every 3 months ($35 per room for each servicing)
Light Cooking is only allowed, not a heavy cooking.
No smoking anywhere inside the flat. (Go out if you want to smoke).
No cooking devices is allowed inside the room as wall paint obviously faded.
No electric water Keetle or water heater is allowed in the room.
No visitor is allowed (as agreed by the tenants).
A Quiet place, comfortable to sleep and relax.
SP Group (Utilities) will be equally divided among each person.
One-month advance and one-month deposit.
30-day notice rule is applied in case of moving out.
