Hi, I am looking for a single person to occupy a spacious master room at Moonstone View condo located in Potong Pasir (purple line). Strictly no couples or families. I am the only other flatmate, not landlord or agent.

Lease term: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 May 2026 (1y5mths)

Rent: $2k/mth + bills

Master Room: Open-concept wardrobe, dressing table, study table. Attached bathroom with storage cabinet, huge bath area and bidet.

Hall & Kitchen: Very spacious with pool view and lots of natural light. Feel free to cook and clean up after.

Flatmate: Only me in the common room with my own bathroom, so no sharing needed. I am a Singaporean female banker in my mid 20s. Prefer non-smoker. Since it's just 2 of us it will feel like you're having your own studio.

Nearby: MRT 5mins walk, NTUC, SengShiong, hawker, Kallang River park connector. 4 mrt stops to Dhoby Ghaut, 2 stops to Serangoon. Many buses that go to town.
