Right smack in the centre of Redhill mrt station, Tiong Bahru mrt station, Beo Crescent and Bukit Merah View. (All about 10 mins walk away or less.) Surrounded by eateries/shops in Redhill, Tiong Bahru and Bukit Merah View and bus stops with busses going to almost every part of the country. About 15 - 20 mins bus ride or less to CBD area, Orchard, Somerset, Bugis, Little India, Harbour Front, Great World City etc. Mac Donald's drive through just behind the block, 24 hours NTUC 10 mins walk away and a minimart that's open from 9 am to 9 pm right under the block. Parking lot right in front of the block with multi-storey carpark just beside the block and petrol kiosk 5 mins away. Beautiful area with a mini park right below the block and the famous Tiong Bahru Park right in front of the block for chill out sessions, exercise etc.

Spacious, fully furnished master bedroom with attached bathroom for 3 people share for $700 per pax. (All inclusive, no extra or hidden charges.) Comes with triple decker bunk bed, 3 cupboards, a table with 3 chairs, a portable air conditioner, a fridge, an electric kettle n a rice cooker for simple cooking of rice, porridge or noodles. (Only boiling allowed. Other dishes like gravy or stir fried vege etc has to be bought from outside and can be consumed in the room.) Attached bath has water heater, shower n wc. No wifi. Tenants are to use their own unlimited data or hotspots. Private and peaceful.
HUGE RECESS AREA
Corner unit, high floor, with a beautiful view of the city in the evenings. Huge recess area with a table and chairs for smoking/entertaining visitors and guests. (Visitors and guests are strictly not allowed into the flat but can keep to the recess area.)
PROFILE OF TENANTS
Looking for clean and neat tenants who respect house rules. Working professionals who work regular hours, who don't work from home n who don't come home after midnight unless on occasions where they respectfully inform at least 1 day in advance. Tenants of all races, religions and nationalities are welcome as long as religious practices/rituals/prayers etc are kept outside of the flat. Can come as a group of 2 or 3 if you want to stay with those you know or as a single if you're ok to stay with another 2 and get to know them. Minimum stay 1 year. (Can extend if both sides are willing.) No pets allowed.
