My Name is Sam. (Owner)
I have a 5 room HDB apartment in Sengkang. It is 3 mins walk to the MRT station ,( 1 mins to Bus stop). bus interchange and shopping mall. 24 hrs food kopitiam is next to the mall.
Currently i am out of singapore, and hence renting out rooms in my house.
Common room available (sgd 950)... but available only for singles.
Other common room is occupied by a single male.
Master room is occupied by a very nice couple
So max 4 people will be in the house.
All rooms are furnished. with new aircon.
Fully functional kitchen, with large fridge, washing machine, cooking hob, cups , glasses , plates etc. etc.
Fully furnished large living area of about 500 sq ft.. with wifi and cable facilities.
No restrictions and hassle free living. it is almost like having the whole apt. all to yourself
