S$1,000/Month for one person. S$1,200/Month for two persons per room.
Deposit 1 Month + Monthly Rental in advance.
Viewing allowed any time to be arranged with the Landlord in advance.

Nearby amenities include 24-hour convenience stores; coffeeshop; DIY Laundry; etc.
Rental does not include personal items such as Bath Soup; shampoo; toothpaste; washing liquid for laundry and dishes; bed sheets; pillows; blankets; toilet paper, etc.
Beds/bookshelf/computer table and walk-in wardrobe are provided.
Light Cooking allowed.
Washing machines are for light to medium laundry or at least 2/3 of the load and are allowed for one wash per week (two washes per week for two persons). Other heavy laundries are to be washed by hand or by commercial laundry service in the next block nearby.
