to come to share a bedroom with the current existing female tenant .

Current existing female tenant is only in Singapore about half the time,

and she is in Malaysia about half the time,

so means about half the time u will be alone by yourself in the bedroom.

Location is ALMOST BESIDE TIONG BAHRU MRT STATION AND SHOPPING MALL

at Singapore postal code 163019 on google map

+ walking steps from FOOD COURT + BUS STOP ,

and walking distance to Singapore General Hospital (SGH ) .

The Current female tenant is easy going and friendly

and its very easy to make friendship with her and very easy to get along with her .

RENT : $575 PER MONTH for u, the female room mate

PLUS monthly (electricity +water + gas + high speed internet wifi +estate fees ) divide by 7

for you the female room mate .

Why is your share of utilities fee so small ??

Because a large portion of utilities fee is covered by apartment owner ,

so thats why u only pay a very small share of utilities fee .

Orange Bedroom Living space is 153 square feet area.

All the other current house mates now are female too,

except for me the apartment owner+ 1 tenant .

All cooking utensils ,

eg air fryer and hot water dispenser and frying pan and can opener and knives and pots and pans,

and spoons and forks and plates and cups and microwave oven and rice cooker and 3 gas stoves are provided ,but if u want to use your own kitchen items ,thats ok too.

Hot water in toilet shower rooms.

Bath tub in one toilet shower room .

Total 2 toilet shower rooms for u to use.

Large refrigerator provided for u in bedroom to store all your groceries for yourself+ the other room mate.

Aircon in bedroom .

Beautiful bedroom with beautiful lights +beautiful decorations.

One toilet or shower room is 3 steps from your bedroom door ,

and second toilet or shower room is nearer to kitchen area.

My younger sister will clean house and toilets and make sure the house is very very clean everyday.

But u need to clean your own bedroom during the stay .

Nice, easy going , kind, generous, considerate , friendly, patient house owner,

and u can easily feel comfortable here, and u can come and go in and out of house any time u like .

Your family members can come to visit u and see u when they come to Singapore.

Your female friends can come visit u during the stay (But not everyday ,and no overnight stays by your friends here.)

Large refrigerator + clothes Wardrobes + study tables + handbag racks + shoe racks + mirror + chairs+beds+ aircon +electric fan all provided for your use in your bedroom .

I (the apartment owner ) will get technicians to come to clean and service and clean the aircon regularly to ensure air is clean and aircon is cold, at my own cost .

Washing machine provided in kitchen area.

Smoking is not allowed.

Half minute walk to the park, 4 minutes walk to swimming pool.

1 to 7 minutes travel time using car, taxi or subway mrt to orchard,vivo, Sentosa, Bugis, SGH ,NUS, SMU ,Raffles,City hall,chinatown,outram. Many many buses passing bus stop just downstairs.

5 minutes walk to famous Tiong Bahru market.

A few seconds walk from apartment block to food court, restaurants, banks,ATM machine, NTUC supermarket, coffee shop, computer shop,phone shop, boutiques ,optical shop, pharmacy, fast food,hair saloons, facial spas, nail spas, medical clinics, bus stop, Macdonald, Watsons,jewellery shop, slimming spa, Kopi Tiam food court, cinema movie theatre,tuition centres, child care centres, fruits shop, Chinese herbal shop,seven elevens, POSB bank, China Bank, Citibank, UOB bank, OCBC bank, AXN machine, Value $ or ABC shop, Daiso shop .

will be placed outside your bedroom door .
