About Us: We’re two friendly male working professionals in our late 20s. Our schedules vary, but we all value a clean and respectful living environment.
What We’re Looking For: A considerate roommate who shares our commitment to cleanliness. No pets, no smoking please. One of us works night shifts on some days so quiet environment needs to be maintained throughout the day.
Rent: $1600 per month (utilities and wifi separate).
Move-in date: September (preferred) or October
Lease: 1 year preferred
