1 HDB common room at 10th floor for rent to a single chinese male only. No aircon but got fan. Wifi and utility bills all included in the rental. At least 12 months rental. Prefer quiet and tidy non-smoker. Must have valid work permit. Stay with chinese owner and one other tenant. No cooking and no visitation allowed. Can use washer, dryer, heater and microwave.
