The flat is accessible through the nearest train stations such as Farrer Park (NE8) or Novena (NS20).
Bus: 131, 141, 131A, 21, 124. (131 and 141 will be the nearer bus stop (Owen Road B02) to the flat)
NTUC Fairprice (Cambridge Blk 43) is just located below the block. Three eatery, one hawker center, and lots of local shops within 1-5 mins walking distances.
The closest shopping malls are United Square Shopping Mall, Goldhill Shopping Centre, and VELOCITY @ NOVENA SQUARE.
As the owner i will not be staying. This room will be rented out to female only as my planning is that the common toilet will only be use by female for safety and convenience for my tenants.
The room only has ceiling fan. I allow light cooking. No visitors.
