Room description
We are looking for a housemate to fill in one of the common rooms in our spacious apartment. This is a walk-up apartment - located right next to Holland Village MRT, with plenty of amenities and eateries within walking distance.
- Monthly rent $1650 (single occupant only)
- Share bathroom with one person only.
- Available from 1st Oct 2024.
- Minimum 12 months contract. 1 month deposit only.
- Inclusive of utilities, and wifi.
- Complimentary scheduled weekly housecleaning.
- No agent fee.
- We prefer no visitors.
- Air-conditioned. Comes with queen-size bed with mattress, 3-door wardrobe with dressing mirror. Writing desk with chair and standing lamp. (See images on the listing)
- Clean and neat dining area, washing machine/laundry area, fully equipped kitchen but light cooking only.
We are all working professionals who enjoy spending time at home. We are quiet, tidy, and easy-going. Most of the time we would do our own thing and respect each other’s personal space and privacy, though we would occasionally share meals together.
- 1-3min walk to Holland Village MRT and direct buses to city
- 3-5mins stroll to One Holland Village, Raffles Holland V Mall, 24/7 Cold storage, GP, cafes, restaurants, hawker center, wet markets, etc.
- 5 mins train ride to Buona Vista, One North (NUS, BIOPOLIS, FUSIONOPOLIS, etc), and TEL line.
- 5-10mins bus ride to nearby supermarket sheng shiong, Ikea, Queensway, etc.
- 15-20mins bus/train to Orchard and CBD areas
